During this time, he achieved remarkable results, fostering growth and development while ensuring utmost clients satisfaction.
In 2020, SashoDrakulovski was appointed as the chairman of the Board of Directors, further exemplifying his strategio vision and ability to steer organizations toward success. Additionally, he successfully served as the Chief Executive officer of Sava Insurance AD Skopje, overseeing all aspects of operations, particularly in sales, finance and HR management.
Sasho Drakulovski holds a master’s degree in economic sciences specializing in management, as well as certifications as a licenced broker and investment adviser, authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission. His profound understanding of corporate management further enhances his credentials.
Notably, his contributions extend beyond the financial realm, as he has also served as the Vice President of the Basketball Federation of the republic of North Macedonia from 2015 to 2019, showcasing his dedication to community involvement and leadership.

Jovan Dojchinovski, our esteemed Executive Director at Vega Funds AD Skopje, brings a wealth of experience in the capital and financial markets. Joining our team on May 15th, 2022, he possesses an impressive 21-year track record, contributing to the overall operations and shaping our business policies while representing the company in the legal matters and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
Jovan Dojchinovski embarked on his professional journey in 2001, as a broker at brokerage house BRO-DIL AD Skopje. With time, he assumed the role of an executive member of the Board of Directors, demonstrating his commitment to excellence. In 2005, he transitioned to Unibank AD Skopje, where he worked in the Treasury, Dealing and Securities Department, and his dedication led to his promotion as the Head of the Securities Department in 2008.
In June 2011, he joined Ilirika Fund Management AD Skopje as an advisor in the Sales Department, specializing in unit sales as an external associate. His exceptional performance led to his appointment as the Second Executive Director and Executive member of the Board of Directors at Ilirika Fund Management in 2012. As the company flourished, showcasing consistent growth and development, it was subsequently acquired by Generali Investments AD Skopje at the end of 2020. During his tenure, Jovan Dojchinovski assumed the role of a responsible individual client manager, skillfully overseeing portfolios until his transition to Vega Funds AD Skopje.
In addition to his extensive practical experience, he holds an MBA specializing in Strategic Management, further enriching his skill set. He has also actively pursued various finance and management training opportunities to ensure his knowledge remains cutting-edge.

Since 2008, he has held the positon of Chief Executive Director at brokerage house Ilirika Investments AD Skopje, propelling the company to prominence among brokerage houses on Macedonian Stock Exchange. Under his guidance, Ilirika Investments achieved remarkable financial performance, solidifying its position as leading brokerage house. Vasko Mitev’s innovative ideas, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective communication skills have been instrumental in driving the succes of both IlirikaIvestments and Vega Funds AD Skopje.
He actively participates in various regional seminars and conferences, continuously enhancing his knowledge and expertise in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A, and Due Diligence across Southeast Europe. He is regular attendee and speaker at prestigious events organized by renowned institutions such as Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC), Macedonian Stock Exchange, and the Chamber of Commerce. Holding a securities trading certificate, he has also obtained international licenses and certifications as an investment advisor.
During his studies at the Faculty of Economics, Vasko Mitev majored in economics with specialized focus on financial management. He successfully completed his degree, showcasing his proficiency in financial management.

With over ten years of experience in the brokerage industry, Stefan Stepanoski began his career in 2005 at brokerage house Ilirika Investments AD Skopje, where he excelled in trading securities, shares and bonds. His responsibilities included personalized service for VIP clients, managing clients relationships, and ensuring exceptional daily communication to deliver the best possible service. From 2009 to 2018, he successfully held the position of broker at brokerage house Eurohouse AD Skopje, further solidifying his expertise. Since 2018, Stefan Stepanoski has been serving as the Executive Director at Eurohouse AD Skopje, leading the company to great success and continuous growth in its market share on the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
In addition to his remarkable career achievements, Stefan Stepanoski holds a master’s degree in intellectual property law, demonstrating his commitment to expanding his knowledge and staying abreast of legal developments in the field.
