The company received regulatory authorization from the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 29th 2021, allowing it to exclusively engage in the establishment and management of open investment funds. This authorization grands the fund management companythe power to invest funds on its own behalf and on behalf of unit holders in the open investment funds it manages. Currently, the Company has been entrusted with managing four investment funds.
